UK Shipping
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order. We use Royal Mail 48 Tracked Signed For, so your order can be tracked from dispatch through to delivery.
Shipping not available to my location. Can you still ship to me?
Message us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Changes to EU shipping regulations introduced on 1st July have affected how easily we can ship to some EU countries. However, we're happy to look into individual orders and we're also open to shipping worldwide.
Just get in touch and we'll see what we can arrange.
When will I get my order?
We aim to dispatch your order on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.
If there are any unexpected delays, we'll be in touch to let you know.

Absolutely! If you have any questions about a record, want to see additional photos, or would like more information about its condition, just send us a message.
We're happy to help you make sure you're comfortable with your purchase before ordering.
How do you package your records?
We package our records the way we'd want to receive them ourselves.
We use DefendaPak - MusicMax and Lil specialist record packaging to help keep your records protected during transit. We take care when packing every order because we know how important it is to receive your records in the condition you bought them.

Where do your records come from, and will you restock items?
All of the items currently available are from our late father's personal collection. This means that, unfortunately, we won't be sourcing additional copies or restocking items once they're sold.
We haven't listed everything from the collection yet, so if you're looking for a particular artist, release, or record, get in touch and we'll be happy to check what we have waiting to be listed.
Once an item has sold, however, it won't be restocked — so if you see something you like, don't wait too long!
